The Global Advocate values the old saying that "our freedom ends at the beginning of other people's freedom."

Its goal is to empower people to create awareness, participation, and advocacy of global matters in a respectful, concise, assertive, and unifying manner.

Therefore:

• Users must never discriminate, harass, threaten, or verbally abuse any user.

• Users must never post, upload, or provide a link to any content that is misleading; pornographic; contains nudity, viruses, spam, or malicious codes; defames; contains hate speech; advocates genocide; or incites hatred against any group of people - such as race, religion, sexual orientation, and ethnic background.
• Users must never post or upload any content that infringe Intellectual Property Laws, or other local/international laws.
• Users must never hack or login to other users' accounts or to the site's restricted areas without written consent of all the parties in question.

Article Submission

By submitting an article to The Global Advocate, its sender affirms that the submitted article has been written by him/her, that he or she has all the rights to it, and that he or she agrees to post it at the appropriate section(s) of The Global Advocate at no charge.

The individual that has submitted (affirmed ownership) of a given article will be held fully responsible for the originality and veracity of its contents, and for its consequences in the case of infringement.

In case of notification of infringement of the intellectual property rights of a given article,  The Global Advocate will remove the article in question from its site until the dispute has been resolved.

Privacy Policy

Users of The Global Advocate are responsible for the personal information they choose to provide during the account registration/update process.

We collect and access our users' personal information exclusively for the purpose of site administration.

All personal information provided to The Global Advocate will be protected in accordance with the Canadian Protection of Privacy acts and laws.

The Global Advocate holds the right to terminate the account of any user that violates any part of its site policies.

The Global Advocate has the right to make amendments to its site policies at any time, without notice. We recommend that users of The Global Advocate read its Site Policies every time before using it.
